Registration collects participant contact details, date of birth, emergency contact information, waiver acceptance, and payment references. Organizers use this information to administer their races and contact participants.

Stripe processes payment card details. This application stores payment references and status, rather than card numbers. Confirmation emails are sent through the organizer’s configured email service.

Registration records and exports are restricted to invited organizers. Keep receipt links private, because anyone with that link can see the registration’s event and payment status.
